    • Which questions does the chatbot answer?

      Flyweight Assistant answers all questions related to your products, brands, FAQs and other pages. When no answer can be found in your knowledge base nor routing, the AI won't make up any answers and route to your desired support endpoint.

    • How does the chatbot know the answer?

      All answers are based on the informations you provide on your Shopify store – product listings, pages, blogs etc. The AI will load and process those informations to update its knowledge every night. You can customize certain answers by creating routes, for example giving out discount codes on complaints.

    • How does the chatbot handle common scenarios like order returns?

      You can create routing scenarios for typical e-commerce situations like order returns, complaints, etc. The chatbot will answer according to your instruction and route to your desired support endpoint (URL, email, phone, WhatsApp). Custom scenarios matching your brand can be created as well.

    • Which languages are supported?

      The bot can understand and answer in more than 50 languages including English, German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian and Dutch. It will answer in the language the user is asking in. Furthermore you can use translations for the chat UI to support a localized Shopify store with multiple markets.

    • How does the impression-based pricing work?

      You buy a certain amount of impressions, which either reset every month (monthly plan) or at the end of the year (annual plan). If you run out of impressions, the chatbot will be hidden on your store until the next billing period starts.

    • What is an impression?

      An impression is counted every time the chatbot is shown to an vistior on your store. No additional impressions are counted, if the same user visits your store again within 30 minutes. This number correlates with the number of sessions in your Shopify Analytics.

    • Can I change plans at any time?

      Yes, you can switch between plans at any time. This includes upgrading or downgrading.
